Yes, you can reschedule bookings from your customer dashboard. Navigate to your bookings, find the one you want to change, and select "Reschedule." Choose a new available time slot and confirm.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. When automated payments are enabled, they're processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor trusted by millions of businesses worldwide.
All vendors go through our verification process before going live. Look for the "Verified" badge on vendor profiles. You can also read reviews from other customers and check their ratings to make an informed decision.

For Vendors
Click the "Join as Vendor" button and fill out the registration form with your business details. Once submitted, our team will review your application (usually within 24-48 hours) and notify you by email once approved.
We charge a 10% commission on each completed booking. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges. You keep 90% of every booking. The commission is deducted automatically when payment processing is integrated.
Currently, payment is handled directly between you and your customers. We're actively integrating Stripe Connect for automated payment processing with direct deposits to your bank account after each completed booking.
Absolutely! You have full control over your pricing. Set different prices for different services, offer package deals, or adjust your rates at any time from your vendor dashboard.
Use the availability calendar in your vendor dashboard to set your working hours for each day of the week. You can block specific dates, set buffer times between appointments, and adjust your availability anytime.
No-shows are frustrating, but they happen. You can mark the booking as "no-show" in your dashboard. When automated payments are live, you'll have the option to charge a no-show fee based on your cancellation policy.
Complete your profile with a great photo and detailed description, keep your availability updated, respond quickly to inquiries, deliver excellent service, and encourage customers to leave reviews. Featured vendors with strong profiles get significantly more bookings.
