Joining BookMeThat as a vendor is free. We charge a small commission (10%) on each completed booking. There are no monthly fees, setup fees, or hidden charges.
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule bookings through your customer dashboard. Please check the vendor's individual cancellation policy for specific terms. Most vendors allow changes up to 24 hours before the appointment.
Currently, payments are handled directly between the customer and vendor. We're working on integrating Stripe for automated payment processing with direct deposits to vendor accounts.
Yes! Every vendor goes through our approval process before their profile goes live. We verify business information and credentials. Vendors with the "Verified" badge have completed additional verification steps.
